How do I supply my artwork?

Choose your printing and production options first, then use the artwork upload button before adding your flag to the basket. You can attach one AI, EPS, SVG or PDF file up to 20 MB. Check that your basket shows the artwork filename with the correct flag and options. A PDF or EPS file can still contain raster images; the file format alone does not guarantee vector artwork.

Which base should I choose?

Choose a base that suits the surface where you will display your flag. A ground rod is for suitable soft ground; hard surfaces need a compatible freestanding or drive-on base. Check the package contents above and compare compatible flag bases before ordering.

How do I check the delivery timing?

Select the production option you need. The order cut-off for next-day service is midday (12 noon). For an event with a fixed deadline, confirm the artwork requirements and delivery date with us before ordering. Production time and courier delivery time are different stages of your order.
